- 1 can 28 oz whole tomatoes
 - 2 Serrano peppers
 - 1/2 jalapeño pepper (deveined)
 - 2-3 garlic cloves (smaller sized)
 - Cilantro (about a handful “bunch”)
 - Salt
 - Fresh Lime Juice (about 1/4 to 1/3 of a lime)
 - teaspoon of sugar if desired.
 
Add all ingredients to except the tomatoes to a blender and pulse.
Add the tomatoes and pulse a second time to incorporate.
Add the salt, lime juice (1/4 to 1/3 of a lime and sugar if needed.
Pulse again to incorporate.
