MARLA’S MORNING PROTEIN SHAKE
4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1/2 banana sliced into approx 6 pieces
4 oz of Activia (plain or vanilla)
1 scoop of Nussentials More product or Stabilized Rice Bran
1 tsp. of Nussentials Multi Vitamin
Place all ingredients into a magic bullet, or blender of your choice.
