1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg/ (8oz) cream cheese (room temp)
6 egg yolks
1 cup of lime juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
whip cream
For your own pie crust: (you can use prepared crust as well)
1 package of gram crackers
1 stick of butter (melted)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix well the condensed milk, the egg yolks, lime juice and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whip up some whipped cream (not much, just a little) and incorporate into the cream cheese, make sure its nice and fluffy.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Pour contents into pie crust and bake at 300 for 20 to 25 minutes. Often this will take longer, just make sure the top doesn’t brown. Serve with whip cream on top.
